Barbarian’s Georgina Campbell Observes A Room With Bloodied Symbols In New Psycho Killer Image [Exclusive]

A recently released image from the upcoming film Psycho Killer features Georgina Campbell, known for her role in Barbarian, examining disturbing bloody symbols. Campbell portrays Jane Thorne, a determined highway patrol officer on a mission to find the serial killer nicknamed the “Satanic Slasher,” who previously murdered her husband.

I just saw a sneak peek on ScreenRant for a movie coming out in 2026, and it’s seriously creepy! They shared an exclusive picture of the character Jane in a room covered in what looks like satanic symbols – tons of pentagrams drawn all over the walls, and some writing that’s hard to make out. You can check out the image below, but be warned, it’s pretty intense!

Joining the cast of Psycho Killer with Campbell are Logan Miller as Marvin, Jane’s husband, and James Preston Rogers as the Satanic Slasher. Grace Dove and veteran actor Malcolm McDowell also appear in supporting roles. The film is directed by Gavin Polone, known for producing Zombieland and Zombieland: Double Tap, and the screenplay is by Andrew Kevin Walker, who wrote the screenplays for David Fincher’s Se7en and The Killer.

Georgina Campbell gained widespread recognition in 2022 with her performance in Zach Cregger’s film, Barbarian. She played Tess, a woman who discovers a disturbing secret while staying in a rented house. The movie received very positive reviews, earning a 92

As a horror fan, I’m already marking my calendar for 2026! We’ve got a lot to look forward to, including the next Scream installment – Scream 7 – plus another Evil Dead film called Evil Dead Burn. And if that wasn’t enough, Terrifier 4 is on the way! I’m especially excited for Robert Eggers’ new project, Werwulf, and a fresh Resident Evil movie from the creator of Barbarian, Cregger – he’s both writing and directing it, which is awesome.

Scheduled for release in theaters on February 20th, Psycho Killer looks like it could be a standout horror film in early 2026. The movie, starring Campbell, has the potential to build on the success of films like Barbarian, which helped launch director Cregger’s 2025 hit, Weapons, and his next project, a new take on Resident Evil.
