Battlefield 6 challenges and masteries are actually incredibly easy with this one simple trick

Battlefield 6 has launched to incredible success, becoming the most popular game in the series ever with over 7 million players already. DICE and Vince Zampella have truly delivered a fantastic game. (Hopefully, this means we’ll get a new Titanfall soon!)

Battlefield 6 can be really challenging, and many players agree it takes a lot of effort to progress. But there are ways to make that progress much faster and simpler.

You might not know about this, but there’s a feature called the server browser that can really help your game. I’m going to show you how to use it to get a 50-kill streak without too much trouble!

You can find lots of advice on earning experience quickly, but most of it isn’t universally helpful. I’m about to share a method that actually works for everyone.

Experience farming

If you just want to practice and get some experience, playing quick Rush matches against bots is a great way to start. It’s a fast-moving mode where you can easily defeat the bots with basic controller skills.

To start, open the server browser and search for maps called “Rush”. Then, narrow your search to lobbies that have at least 11 open slots.

Okay, so now I’ve got a couple of options. I can jump right into a game that’s already started, which means I’ll be competing against other people, or I can create my own game and invite others to join. It’s pretty cool!

I highly recommend creating your own game and setting a password. This lets you practice attacking without having to compete against other players.

Hosting a game might be tricky because so many people are trying to create their own lobbies. However, Rush is likely to work, as it’s currently one of the least popular game modes in Battlefield 6.

Once you’re in the game, work with your AI teammates to push towards and capture the bomb sites. I recommend focusing on holding just one site at a time, since your AI teammates might need help defending it.

Do this process several times, and you’ll be successful. When combined with experience point boosters, you can earn between 20,000 and 30,000 experience points every 5 to 10 minutes.

Weapon Mastery, Challenges, and everything else

This section offers more flexibility, as the best approach will vary depending on the weapon, vehicle, or challenge you’re facing. Solutions can also depend on the map or game mode. Let’s illustrate this with an example focused on Recon.

If you’re trying to quickly complete those difficult, long-distance headshot challenges – particularly for RECON 2 – it can be a bit of a grind, especially if you prefer to play aggressively as an attacker. Personally, I was just focused on unlocking the Spec Ops training.

To find a game, open the server browser and search for “PSR.” Then, filter the results to show lobbies with at least 11 open slots. Don’t forget to select your region to ensure a good connection.

Look for a lobby with a lower player count, one with fewer than 10 players in it, and join up.

In many of these game spaces, players have more health and get a slight advantage when interacting with characters. This also makes it simpler to distinguish between real players and computer-controlled characters. As a general rule, it’s polite to avoid shooting other players while they’re completing their own tasks.

If you’d prefer a class focused on assault or support, or if you want to practice using shotguns, I recommend playing a Breakthrough map with a similar layout.

Most players usually gather on the Manhattan Bridge, constantly trading items A and B using a large number of tickets. The goal isn’t to win, but to make progress on whatever upgrade or task they’re currently doing.

This applies to vehicle challenges too – you can tackle those in custom lobbies as well. No matter what you’re looking for, there’s likely a custom game mode to help you out.
