Battlefield 6 is out now, and hundreds of thousands of you will be waiting in a queue.
We decided not to give the game a score before it launched because, considering past games in the series, we wanted to see how it performed under pressure from a large number of players.
Many players are reporting long wait times to access the new release, with some facing queues of over 500,000 people. The developers, Battlefield Studios, are working to add more servers, but you might have to wait a bit before you can start playing.
We’ll obviously continue to monitor the situation, and we’re hopeful this can be resolved swiftly.
The game’s popularity is fantastic – it’s nearly reached one million players on Steam at the same time! However, it’s not ideal if players can’t actually get into the game.
