BBC confirms The Traitors stage show and when fans can expect  “bold and surprising” theatrical event

After Rachel and Stephen won, the season 4 finale of The Traitors showed just how captivating and dramatic the show can be.

Great news! A brand new stage show is coming to London in 2027.

Caro Newling, co-founder of Neal Street Productions, explained that to adapt The Traitors for the stage, Neal Street and Studio Lambert assembled a talented team of theatre professionals. Director Rob Hastie and writer John Finnemore are leading the effort to create a unique live experience that builds on the show’s original format.

I’ve been thinking about ‘The Traitors’ musical, and honestly, I’m so excited! It’s not the first time a reality show has made a splash on stage – ‘The Great British Bake Off’ musical was a huge success last year, and I really don’t see why ‘The Traitors’ won’t be just as amazing. I’m already hoping for tickets!

The final episode of this year’s ‘The Traitors’ was a massive success for the BBC, attracting 9.4 million live viewers, with a peak of 9.6 million, according to official ratings from overnights.tv (as reported by Deadline).

I was looking at the ratings, and while this show did really well, it was actually beaten out by its celebrity spin-off. That one averaged 11.1 million viewers overnight, and at its peak, a whopping 12 million people were watching!

We haven’t announced dates or locations for the show yet, but we’ll share that information as soon as it’s available.
