You can now pre-order Beast of Reincarnation, the new action RPG from Game Freak where you team up with a dog in a post-apocalyptic world. The standard digital version is $59.99 and includes the game itself. For $69.99, the Deluxe Edition gives you the game plus extra items like an Oni’s Hat and Big Dipper sword for the main character, Emma.
Koo, your canine companion, receives black and brown Shiba-themed outfits. You’ll also start with 100,000 Amber – the in-game currency – to give you a helpful head start, plus some vegetable seeds. A new trailer shows off all these bonus items and features some exciting combat gameplay.
Both the standard and special editions of the game cost the same in stores, but you can only find them for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Unfortunately, there’s no PC version available at this time.
Beast of Reincarnation comes out on April 4th and is available to play immediately with an Xbox Game Pass subscription. Players who enjoy a good challenge can choose from several difficulty levels when the game releases. While the game director, Kota Furushima, expects players to learn through experimentation, he doesn’t want them getting stuck and having to try the same sections repeatedly for hours.
