Bianca Lawson‘s love for Beyoncé is always on top.
Two years after her father, Richard Lawson, and Tina Knowles ended their marriage, the former *Pretty Little Liars* actress shared her thoughts on her relationship with stepsister Beyoncé.
Bianca shared with TopMob News at the New York City Ballet’s Fall Fashion Gala on October 8th that she and the person she was discussing don’t speak on the phone daily. However, she emphasized that this person is a very hardworking and genuinely good person, which she believes is rare.
Bianca, age 46, appreciates the strong women in her life, including those connected to her father’s marriage to Tina from 2015 to 2024. She’s carried advice from Oprah Winfrey with her since the start of her acting career.
The actress, known for *Save the Last Dance*, remembered visiting someone’s home with a lot of trees. It made her think, ‘Wealthy people have trees, so I want trees too – at least six!’ She said the property they were discussing had acres and acres of them.
She recalled saying, ‘I only came up with six, so what six trees do you have?’ She explained that even your own plans can exceed your expectations, highlighting the importance of having faith and trust in the process.
Bianca has always admired her former stepmother, Tina. She once shared on the show *The Real Daytime* back in 2017 how much she appreciated Tina, saying she was very approachable and easy to talk to about anything.
She’s not the only member of the Lawson family to feel this way. Richard had previously shared that he’d admired his mother-in-law – who was married to Mathew Knowles from 1980 to 2011 – for many years before they became a couple.
He revealed on Instagram in 2021 that he had a strong attraction to her years ago, but she was married and pregnant with Beyoncé, so he kept those feelings to himself. Over the years, he remained friends with her and admired how she became such a wonderful mother – not only to her daughters, but also how she supports and cares for women everywhere.
He went on to say it had taken thirty-two years for his feelings for her to come to fruition, but it was absolutely worth it. He described her as an amazing and groundbreaking artist, a fashion icon, and a powerful leader, calling her a true inspiration and comparing her only to God. He proudly declared her his wife, expressing how incredibly blessed he felt.
