Finneas is about to get everything he wanted.

The music producer, known for his work with his sister Billie Eilish, is marrying Claudia Sulewski, his partner of seven years. They are engaged after dating for seven years.

Oh my gosh, you guys, they’re engaged! I was seriously scrolling through Instagram and nearly died when I saw the post! It was from them, of course – you remember, they met on a dating app way back in 2018? They posted the cutest pictures from when he proposed, up on a hill, it looked so romantic! There’s this one selfie of them, and she’s covering her mouth like she can’t stop giggling, and you can *totally* see the sparkle of her new ring – it’s a cushion-cut diamond, and it’s absolutely perfect! I’m so happy for them, I’ve been following their story forever!

The couple also posted a video of their beautiful helicopter ride and the moment Finneas proposed.

Claudia, 29, revealed in her social media post that she got engaged two days before announcing it, marking the date as September 22nd with “forever and ever 9.22.”

It seems this date is meaningful for the couple. Exactly three years prior, Finneas, age 28, posted about their relationship on this same day, looking back on how far they’d come.

In a heartfelt Instagram post from September 2022, he praised his loved one, saying it would be nearly impossible to find someone with their unique combination of talent, creativity, and work ethic. He added that finding someone as kind, considerate, and giving would be equally difficult.

But the Grammy winner (full name Finneas O’Connell) didn’t stop there.

He went on, saying it felt like finding someone hilarious was rare, finding someone loving even rarer, and finding someone beautiful the rarest of all. He couldn’t understand how she could be all three at once, and he knew that combination would always be uniquely her.

Claudia was deeply affected by the romantic message, and her response to the love letter – “Your vows are going to destroy me” – showed just how strongly she felt.
