Blac Chyna Praises Ex Rob Kardashian as “Best Dad” in Rare Update

Blac Chyna is still keeping up with Rob Kardashian.

The star of Black Hamptons, who split from a Keeping Up With the Kardashians personality in 2017 shortly after having their daughter, Dream Kardashian, recently honored her ex on his 39th birthday with a heartfelt post.

Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, shared an old photo of herself with her daughter and wrote “Happy birthday” on Instagram on March 17th.

She told Rob in a message that he was the best dad to their daughter, and that she couldn’t express how much she appreciated him.

Ugh, it took forever, but Rob and Blac Chyna finally got to a place where they could co-parent Dream, their adorable 9-year-old. It was so messy for a while though! Remember that whole court battle? Chyna actually sued Rob’s entire family – Kim, Khloe, Kylie, and even Kris Jenner! – for defamation back in 2022. It was awful watching it all unfold, but thankfully the Kardashians won in the end. Still, it was just… a lot. I just want Dream to be happy, you know?

After that, both Rob and Chyna focused on personal growth. Rob decided to leave reality television, while Chyna was baptized, had her facial fillers removed, and earned a doctorate in theology from the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College.

Chyna says the key to successful co-parenting is open communication and knowing your own limits. She explained to Access Hollywood that focusing on your own life helps you avoid getting overly involved in your co-parent’s affairs.

 

As for Rob? Fatherhood has changed him for the better.

He shared on the July episode of Khloé in Wonder Land that becoming a father has helped him become more stable and prioritize what truly matters – his daughter.

He added, “I’m very lucky. Dream makes it very easy. She’s very smart and she’s a good kid.”

Despite a friendly relationship between Blac Chyna – who shares 13-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson with her ex-fiancé Tyga – and Rob Kardashian, rumors of a romantic reconciliation surfaced in October. However, sources told TopMob News at the time that they were not getting back together as a couple.

I was surprised to see Chyna post on Instagram in December, basically announcing she was single again with a simple, ‘Guess who’s ending the year single?’ It definitely seemed like a confirmation of a breakup, and as a follower, it was a bit of a shock!

Despite their breakup, she holds no resentment towards Rob. In an October Instagram post, she even tagged him and wrote, “This love is forever.”

As for Rob? Fatherhood has changed him for the better.
