Astrolabe Games and 91Act have just released a new trailer and screenshots for BlazBlue: Entropy Effect X, showcasing the game’s “Extreme Zone” mode. This mode allows players to battle challenging bosses like Takemikazuchi and Hades: Izanami in this 2D action roguelite.
Here is an overview of the content, via Astrolabe Games:
Extreme Zone is the hardest difficulty in BlazBlue: Entropy Effect X, and it’s unlocked by completing certain goals in the game. It’s meant for players who want a really tough fight and a great sense of achievement. In this mode, players go deeper into the game’s story and unlock the Void, a final stage that can’t be accessed anywhere else. This stage features over ten strong, randomly appearing enemies.
No matter what else changes, one thing is sure: Takemikazuchi and Hades: Izanami will be waiting at the end of the Void, prepared to test even the strongest players.
BlazBlue: Entropy Effect will be released on February 12th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. You can try a demo of the game right now on PlayStation 5 and Switch.
