The anime Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will return with its remaining episodes next year. A trailer for the final season is expected to be released very soon. The third part of the series finished last year with Ichigo Kurosaki and his allies beginning to fight the last of Yhwach’s army, but the biggest battles are still to come. Fans have been anticipating this final arc and it will be arriving shortly.
Bleach will be featured at Jump Festa 2026 in Japan on December 20-21, and now it’s confirmed that the event will include the first trailer for the final season of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. The trailer will be released on December 21st, so fans should be ready to watch!
What to Know for Bleach: TYBW Part 4’s Trailer Debut
I’m so hyped! The very first trailer for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity drops on December 21st at 1:30 AM Eastern Time, and they’ve already shared a link where we can watch it! This is huge news because it confirms we’ll get a good look at what’s coming during the Jump Festa 2026 presentation – and maybe even more surprises! Of course, everyone’s dying to know what the new episodes will be like, and when we’ll finally get to see them!
The fourth part of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity is scheduled to come out sometime next year, though a specific release date hasn’t been announced yet. While you wait, you can watch the new anime series on Hulu in the US and Disney+ internationally, with options for both Japanese and English audio. Viz Media also has the rights to distribute the final season, so it will likely be available on their streaming platforms as well, though that hasn’t been officially confirmed.
What’s Going to Happen in Bleach’s Final Season?

The last episodes of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Calamity effectively prepare Ichigo and his friends for their ultimate battle against Yhwach’s army. With around 30 chapters of the original manga still to cover, there’s enough content for the remaining episodes. Plus, like the previous parts of the series, the anime finale will also include brand new, original material.
I’m really hopeful that the anime will give us more of the moments fans have been asking for, and finally give some much-needed focus to characters who didn’t get a lot of screen time before. The character designer, Masashi Kudo, hinted at this, saying they’re planning to include more scenes like that. He seems really excited about these new additions, and believes even longtime fans of Bleach from when it was originally published in Jump will be surprised and discover things they didn’t know before, especially with some new characters being introduced. He definitely promises we’ll get to see them!
