Instead of confirming or denying, Kubo cryptically responded that he wouldn’t answer “there.” This intriguing response suggests that Kubo has future plans for the character and wants to keep it a secret until he resumes working on the “Hell” story arc. Furthermore, this reply indicates that Kubo intends to continue creating manga and eventually revisit the “Hell” arc at some point in the future.

It’s worth noting that the Konso Ritual or being a Hollow with an evil soul are the only known paths to reach this enigmatic realm. The mystery surrounding the souls that reside in HELL is vast, leaving room for speculation that other Espada, such as Starrk, Ulquiorra, and Baraggan, may also be there. This unexplored territory holds the promise of a captivating arc with potential to surpass even the epic Thousand Year Blood War in ambition.
