TopMob News has reached out to the family for a statement but has not heard back.

As Quinton continues to face health challenges, his “The Blind Side” co-star, Jae Head, has been sharing thoughts on their close friendship.

Okay, so I was scrolling through Instagram and Jae posted the sweetest thing about Q! He said Q is seriously one of the nicest people he’s ever met, which, like, I totally knew that already! And then he called Q one of his best friends! It just made my day, honestly. Jae asked everyone to keep Q and his family in their thoughts and prayers, and I immediately did. I’m sending all the good vibes their way – they deserve it!

She didn’t share her diagnosis until 2025, when she revealed on Instagram that she had been privately struggling with the condition for over ten years.

In July 2025, the actress from Daisy Jones & The Six revealed she was hospitalized for a hernia. This happened because she’d been wearing pants that were too tight, which caused a gap to form in her abdominal muscles.

He explained that just a few weeks or a month prior, he was able to squat 295 pounds, but now he can’t even do a squat or stand on one leg without falling. He compared the feeling to having a stroke.

But with the help of a back specialist and some steroids, he added, “We’re on the mend.”

As someone who’s spent years observing what truly matters, I can tell you, this actress’s words really resonated with me. She recently shared how incredibly grateful she is just to be alive, and it was a beautiful reminder. She talked about her deep love for her daughters, husband, family, and friends, and how seeing her life flash before her eyes gave her a powerful perspective. Her advice? Simple, but profound: cherish the people you’re with and hug them often. Because life really can change in a heartbeat, and those connections are everything.

Amy Schumer is grateful for the internet, surprisingly, because it helped her discover a health issue. After noticing she looked “puffier” and receiving critical comments online, doctors began commenting on interviews, suggesting she might have Cushing syndrome – a condition often linked to high cortisol levels or steroid injections. This prompted Schumer to realize she’d been receiving steroid injections after a breast reduction and C-section. She wouldn’t have connected these injections to her symptoms without the online feedback. Thankfully, doctors determined her form of Cushing syndrome would resolve on its own, which Schumer described as “the greatest news imaginable.” She’s now relieved to be healthy and credits the internet with helping her get the answers she needed.

Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE what happened to him! Back in December 2024, during a game, he was accidentally cut by another player’s skate. It was awful! He needed a whopping 25 stitches! Thankfully, he’s totally recovered now, and his dad, Tom Fitzgerald – you know, the GM of the Devils? – told ESPN how incredibly lucky they were. He said, and it just broke my heart, that he wouldn’t wish that on any parent. It was so scary, but I’m just so glad he’s okay!

In March 2022, Hailey Bieber experienced a frightening health scare while having breakfast with her husband, Justin Bieber. She suddenly developed stroke-like symptoms, initially unable to respond when Justin asked if she was okay. She then realized she couldn’t speak and the right side of her face began to droop.

Although the symptoms eventually passed, Hailey went to the hospital where tests revealed she had a small blood clot in her brain, diagnosed as a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack).

Further examination at UCLA uncovered a hole in her heart called a patent foramen ovale (PFO). Doctors determined the blood clot had traveled to her brain through this hole, causing the TIA. Hailey successfully underwent a procedure to close the PFO and is now doing well.

The same year Hailey faced a health issue, Justin also experienced one. In June 2022, he revealed he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which caused temporary paralysis on one side of his face. This forced him to cancel the remaining dates of his Justice World Tour.

In a video posted to Instagram, Justin explained that the virus affected the nerves in his ear and face, preventing him from blinking, smiling, or moving his nostril on the affected side. He also shared that it had become increasingly difficult for him to eat.

Fortunately, the paralysis eventually disappeared. Hailey shared on Good Morning America that Justin was recovering well, adding that while the situation was frightening and unexpected, he was going to be okay and she was thankful he was fine.

Jamie Foxx recently shared details about the health scare he experienced in April 2023, which he had initially kept private. In his 2024 Netflix special, What Had Happened Was…, he explained that he suffered a severe headache while in Atlanta and lost consciousness before he could take an aspirin, ultimately not remembering the next 20 days.

He initially saw a doctor who gave him a cortisone shot and sent him home, but his sister, Deidra Dixon, took him to the hospital when she became worried. Doctors discovered he had a brain bleed that led to a stroke.

After surgery, Jamie woke up in a wheelchair on May 4th, unable to walk. He then spent time in Chicago undergoing rehabilitation and therapy. He expressed his gratitude for the prayers he received, saying, “I needed every prayer.”

The reality TV star said she temporarily stopped breathing while running a mile during the first challenge on the NBC show.

She shared on the show Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser that her memory of the event was fragmented. She recalled hearing a helicopter, feeling like she was floating, and then seeing her grandfather. After that, she remembered only darkness, followed by light, leading her to realize she had died that day.

She explained that her organs were failing. She hadn’t known she had rhabdomyolysis, a condition where the body essentially begins to shut down.

Emilia Clarke, known for her role in Game of Thrones, bravely shared her health struggles in a 2019 essay for The New Yorker titled “A Battle for My Life.” While filming the show, she experienced a severe headache while at the gym, followed by intense pain and vomiting. She quickly realized something was seriously wrong, suspecting brain damage.

A hospital scan revealed she had suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), a life-threatening stroke caused by bleeding around the brain, resulting from a ruptured aneurysm. She underwent immediate surgery to repair it, but the pain was excruciating. During her recovery, she experienced aphasia, making it difficult to speak coherently.

Though the aphasia eventually passed and she was discharged after a month, a 2013 scan revealed the aneurysm had grown and required a second surgery. This procedure was unsuccessful, leading to another massive bleed. Doctors warned her that another operation, this time requiring them to access her brain directly through her skull, was her only chance of survival.

Fortunately, Emilia is now fully recovered and says she is “at a hundred per cent.”

Cori Broadus, Snoop Dogg’s daughter, recently shared how much she appreciates her family’s support after a health scare. Cori ended up staying in the hospital longer than expected due to other health issues. She explained that while she could have gone home after the stroke, she was also struggling with lupus and kidney problems.

Now, Cori is recovering well. She says she’s feeling great and has been working to regain some motor skills, but overall is doing fine.

Shailene Woodley struggled with significant health issues throughout her 20s. In a September 2024 podcast interview, she explained that she experienced hearing loss, debilitating fatigue, and severe stomach pain, leading to a confusing array of diagnoses. Determined to find answers, Woodley combined traditional medical care with holistic and herbal remedies. This search for well-being lasted a full decade. She described how the physical discomfort triggered deeper issues, including fear of food and struggles with body image and identity. Ultimately, Woodley’s health improved, and she is now happy to report that she is very healthy and feels good in her own skin.
