After a long wait, BlizzCon is officially returning on September 12, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.
Blizzard Entertainment is building excitement for the upcoming event by offering early bird tickets for the first time ever.
This offers players a more affordable way to attend BlizzCon, where they can hear the latest news about Blizzard games and enjoy a wide variety of exciting events.
Here’s all the info on these ticket prices and what’s in store for BlizzCon 2026.
Tickets, BlizzCon Pass, and Add-on Experiences
Early bird tickets will be available for $249 USD each. You can buy them on Tixr starting November 7, 2025, at 9:00 am PST and ending November 9, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST. Tickets are limited, so they may sell out before the end date.
If you don’t get early bird tickets, standard tickets will be available starting November 18, 2025, at 9:00 am Pacific Time. They’ll cost $289.99 each, including all fees, and will be sold through Tixr until they’re gone.
These tickets are good for both days of BlizzCon, September 12th and 13th, 2026, and provide access to all areas of the convention, including the Halls and Arena. Ticket holders will also receive exclusive in-game items and merchandise.
Add-on experience Tickets

On top of that, Blizzard will be offering special add-on experience tickets.
I’m really excited about the BlizzCon Charity Night! For $499.99, you can attend this awesome event where Blizzard teams up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, artists, developers, and community members to raise money for kids with critical illnesses. It’s a fantastic way to support a great cause and have some fun – but tickets are limited, so you’ll need to act fast!
By purchasing this add-on, you’ll get access to the event, a guaranteed seat at BlizzCon’s Opening Ceremony, a signed piece of Blizzard art, and a special collectible badge.
I’m happy to share that all the money from this add-on will go directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Of course, this is assuming there aren’t any refunds or chargebacks.
Blizzard is offering another ticket option for the Darkmoon Faire After Hours event, letting BlizzCon attendees keep enjoying the fun carnival games and win special prizes for longer.
This optional ticket also gets you into a special three-hour show on September 12, 2026, plus access to the BlizzCon Store, 20 Faire Tokens, and a unique collectible badge.
Tickets for the Darkmoon Faire After Hours Add-On Experience are $89.99, and are available while supplies last.

Are you ready to return to BlizzCon in 2026?

When Microsoft bought Blizzard Entertainment, many fans worried the annual BlizzCon event might be cancelled, with announcements instead being made at Microsoft’s own events like the Xbox Games Showcase or Summer Game Fest.
After a successful event in 2023, BlizzCon was cancelled in 2024, leaving fans worried about the future of the convention.
Good news for gaming fans: BlizzCon is still happening! It will return in 2026 with updates on popular games like Overwatch 2, Diablo IV, and the upcoming Midnight expansion for World of Warcraft.
I haven’t been to BlizzCon personally, but I’m always amazed by how passionate and devoted the fans are, especially with their costumes and during the esports competitions.
I’m really excited to find out what Blizzard Entertainment and the gaming community will reveal at BlizzCon on September 12, 2026.
