Blood Message Brings Uncharted-Like Action to Summer Game Fest

The action game Blood Message will be the first title showcased at the Summer Game Fest livestream this Friday, June 5th.

The team at 24 Entertainment, creators of Naraka: Bladepoint, first showcased their game a year ago, and it reminded many of Uncharted. Now, twelve months later, we’ll be getting another look at it on stage at SGF this week.

The game is confirmed to be coming to consoles, so a PlayStation 5 version is very probable. We’ll likely find out which platforms it’s releasing on this week.

This game is a single-player action adventure set in ancient China during the final years of the Tang Dynasty. It’s being called a truly epic and cinematic experience. You can revisit the original announcement trailer here:

Following the success of Black Myth: Wukong and with the upcoming release of Phantom Blade Zero in September, Chinese-developed action games are proving they can deliver excellent gameplay. Early looks at Blood Message suggest it might be another strong addition to this growing trend.
