Although fans of Deltarune didn’t receive any updates on Chapter 5, Nintendo Switch 2 owners have something new to enjoy: the popular puzzle roguelite Blue Prince is now available on the platform. You can watch the announcement trailer below.
The critically acclaimed game Blue Prince, released last year, puts you in the role of the heir to a large, enigmatic mansion named Mt. Holly. The goal is to reach Room 46 to claim your inheritance, but there’s a catch: the mansion’s layout changes every time you play. Each playthrough begins with a random starting room, and you’ll need to navigate the ever-shifting halls to succeed.
Every room in the mansion serves a unique purpose – some help you regain health, while others unlock helpful items and money. As you play, you’ll uncover more secrets about the mansion’s history. The mystery might even continue beyond Room 46, but you’ll need to explore thoroughly to find out.
Blue Prince is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, and is also included with Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium subscriptions. Our review awarded it a perfect score of 10/10, praising its innovative gameplay, beautiful art style, and the huge number of secrets it holds.
By September 2025, over two million people had played the game. However, even with such positive feedback, the game’s creator, Dogubomb, doesn’t intend to make a follow-up.
