However, it doesn’t disregard Gun Damage either! In this build, your Peacebreaker Cannons will be a crucial component of your weaponry, but you’ll also have the freedom to utilize any firearms you acquire. Unlike the Harlowe leveling build that heavily depends on its Action Skill for damage, this one offers more versatility.

This build should not encounter any significant obstacles until the late game when you’ll need to optimize for boss fights. Perks to Get | Early to Mid-Game

  • Deft Hands x5 (Remote Agent) – Increases Fire Rate for your guns and Peacebreaker Cannons.
  • Instinto (Remote Agent) – Increases your Peacebreaker Cannons’ Critical Hit Chance. Also allows you to restore and maintain Action Skill Charge when you kill enemies while your Action Skill is active. Lastly, it allows you to retrigger the Action Skill while it’s active to power up the Peacebreaker Cannons at the cost of faster Action Skill Charge consumption.
    • Alternatively, you can get Bullet-Buddy Deluxe instead of Instinto. However, we only really recommend it if you wish to use Jakobs’ shotguns that have small or single-shot magazines. It’ll allow you to regen ammo naturally and to eliminate ammo consumption entirely while your Action Skill is active.
  • Juerga x5 (Remote Agent) – Restores Action Skill Duration whenever you land a Critical Hit.
  • Maestro x3 (Remote Agent) – Increases Skill Damage.
  • El Valiente x2 (Remote Agent) – Increases all damage you deal the closer your Shield is to full. At 100% Shield capacity, the bonus is doubled.
  • Asymmetric Warfare x5 (Remote Agent) – Increases the damage for all Indirect Projectiles. That means things like your Peacebreaker Cannons, Thrown Guns, ricocheting bullets, and any other projectiles not directly fired from your gun.
  • Hostile Acquisition x1 (Remote Agent) – Gives you Lifesteal from all Indirect Projectiles.
  • Errant Spark x5 (Remote Agent) – Gives Bonus Incendiary Damage to all Indirect Projectiles. If the projectile already dealt Incendiary damage, double the effect.

Perks to Get | Late to End-Game

  • Lateral Plinking (Remote Agent) – Makes it so that all of your Indirect Projectiles have a 50% chance to Ricochet.
  • Double-Ought Autoshot (Remote Agent) – Replaces the Peacebreaker Cannons with Shotguns. This also gives Rafa’s Turrets the chance to Ricochet when they hit a target. Critical Hits are also guaranteed to always Ricochet!
  • Midnight Oil x5 (This Year’s Gimmick) – You’ll now gain stacks of Midnight Oil while your Action Skill is active. Each stack will give Bonus Corrosive Damage to the Action Skill. The stacks are lost once the Action Skill ends.
  • Everdrive x5 (Remote Agent) – Increases Overdrive’s Duration.
  • Temerario x5 (Remote Agent) – Rafa will now gain stacks of Temerario whenever Overdrive is active. Each stack increases Gun Damage but reduces Gun Handling. Though thanks to all the other ricochet perks so far, you won’t need to aim much anyway! Stacks are lost when Overdrive ends.
  • Soltado (Remote Agent) – Doubles all Overdrive effects when you kill an enemy.
  • Expedite x5 (This Year’s Gimmick) – Grants you increased Movement Speed while Overdrive is active.
  • Proprietary Incendiary (Remote Agent) – Melee Override. Instead of a melee attack, Rafa will now throw a STRM Glider at an enemy. The glider explodes upon reaching its target, dealing damage based on how much ammo Rafa has left in his gun’s magazine.
