In the upcoming game Borderlands 4, Rafa will be the next Vault Hunter to take center stage. Gearbox Entertainment has revealed details about his Action Skills and background in a recent video. This video also provides insights into his overall design and brash personality.
In previous installments, characters like Axton, Roland, and Moze were portrayed as Soldiers. Rafa, too, fits this mold, being a former Tediore agent who excels in creating explosions and making a grand entrance. He’s also adept at using his Arc Knives for close combat, inflicting significant damage on enemies when he gets up close.
In terms of design, Art Director Max Davenport refers to Raga as having a “hexagonal” structure, while Vex is characterized as being more “triangular.” Although it maintains a low-key, relaxed appearance, its color palette fluctuates between bold and elegant, particularly during the action sequences.
On September 12th, “Borderlands 4” will be released on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version following on October 3rd. Get a glimpse of the latest gameplay right here. The characters Amon and Harlowe are set to take center stage as the next Vault Hunters; keep an eye out for further information about their abilities and background stories.
