Season 4 of the popular Netflix historical drama Bridgerton is coming soon, and fans have the chance to watch the first episode early.
Netflix’s website, Tudum, is hosting a special premiere event for the fourth season of Bridgerton. Lucky fans will get to experience the red carpet in Paris and see the first episode before anyone else, ahead of its release on Netflix on January 29th. If you want to attend, you need to RSVP through the Tudum event page by 12:30 AM ET on January 14th.
The popular series Bridgerton premiered in 2020 and quickly became a sensation, earning an 84% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Each season of the show is based on one of Julia Quinn’s novels, and she worked with Chris Van Dusen to develop the series for television.
Season 4 of the show will center around Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and his love story with Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha). The season draws inspiration from Julia Quinn’s novel, An Offer from a Gentleman, and features Benedict encountering a mysterious woman, known as the “Lady in Silver,” at a masked ball.
The most recent season of the show revealed Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) to be the mysterious Lady Whistledown, and followed her journey to win the affection of her friend, Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton). News recently surfaced that Colin and Penelope are now parents to a son named Elliot.
A fifth season of Bridgerton is officially happening! It will be based on Julia Quinn’s novel, To Sir Phillip, With Love, and will center around Eloise Bridgerton (played by Claudia Jessie), who’s known for being independent and a bit of a rule-breaker. Production is scheduled to start in Spring 2026, and we might see the new season in 2027.
Season 6 is confirmed, though the storyline is still unknown. It might focus on Francesca, played by Hannah Dodd, as her recent marriage in season 3 suggests there’s more to her story, especially considering the direction of the original novels by Quinn.
Season 4 of Bridgerton premieres on January 29th, and you can currently watch the first three seasons on Netflix.
