Britney Spears Reveals Special Gift for Her “Star” Son

Britney Spears is giving her son a piece of her.

Oh my gosh, you guys, Britney just told us she’s giving one of her babies – Sean or Jayden, her amazing sons with Kevin – a white Yamaha grand piano! Can you believe it?! It’s because they’re both getting into music, just like her, and I’m seriously living for it! It’s the sweetest thing ever and proves she’s the ultimate mom. I’m not crying, you’re crying!

Britney Spears shared on Instagram January 8th that she’s sending a piano to her son as a gift. She posted a photo of herself at a piano from the 2002 American Music Awards, and wrote about how proud she is of him, calling him a ‘huge star’ and expressing her gratitude for being in his life. She ended with a message of encouragement, saying ‘God speed, little man!’

As for her, the 44-year-old revealed that her performing days are mostly behind her.

She stated she won’t be performing in the United States again due to personal and private issues. However, she expressed hope to perform in the UK and Australia soon, envisioning herself on stage with her son, wearing a bun and a red rose in her hair.

Even though Britney doesn’t plan to tour in the US right now, she promised to keep posting dance videos online for her fans.

You know, I’ve really discovered the power of dance, especially sharing it on Instagram. It sounds a little out there, but I actually use it as a way to work through and heal things happening inside my body – stuff most people wouldn’t even guess. Honestly, it can be a little awkward putting myself out there sometimes, but I’ve faced some really tough challenges, and this is how I came through them – it truly saved me.

Britney recently shared a post about spending Christmas with her son, who sources confirm was Jayden. This marked the second consecutive year they celebrated the holidays together.

Earlier this year, Britney Spears shared a heartwarming video highlighting her son’s impressive piano skills.

Britney captioned an Instagram video posted in April, explaining her emotional state: ‘Excuse my tears and heavy breathing! I was just really excited! Moms don’t get enough appreciation these days, and I wanted to say that!’

She excitedly announced that she had given birth to twins, describing her baby boys as sweet and charming, and expressing how incredibly grateful and blessed she feels.

Indeed, Kevin has also noticed both Jayden and Preston have an affinity for music.

In his memoir, You Thought You Knew, Kevin explained that while both individuals are pursuing different career directions, music will remain a constant in their lives – whether through creating it, designing sound for movies, or other avenues. He noted they’ve established a strong, self-made base to build upon.

For Jayden, this meant exploring music hands-on, as the dancer explained. He was able to experiment in the school band room, even without knowing how to read music.

Britney shared on Instagram in March 2021 how quickly her sons are growing up. She admitted it’s especially tough for moms of boys to watch them become young men, and it can be really emotional. She feels very fortunate that her sons are such kind and well-behaved kids, a sign she’s done something right as a parent. She explained she hasn’t been posting many pictures of them lately because they’re at an age where they’re starting to develop their own identities, and she respects that.

I had such a fun day at Disneyland recently! Honestly, I think I got soaked on Splash Mountain – I don’t think I’ve ever been that wet! But the best part? My boys are getting older and usually avoid photos, so when they actually said, ‘Let’s take a picture!’ – it made my day. We went to SURTopMob, and it was fantastic!
