Ronnie Radke is taking legal action against Brittany Furlan.

After a nearly eight-month dispute that began when the social media personality claimed she was deceived by an imposter pretending to be Falling In Reverse’s lead singer, a court denied the singer’s request for a temporary restraining order against her, according to TopMob News.

On January 5th, a judge rejected Radke’s request for a temporary restraining order. The court documents stated he didn’t provide enough evidence of violent acts, threats, or behavior that caused significant emotional harm.

The 43-year-old also filed a civil harassment restraining order, claiming that Brittany Furlan—wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee—repeatedly contacted him on social media even after he ignored her messages.

Radke said that after Furlan started reaching out, she came to his home and waited outside. She also went to his doctor’s appointment uninvited and just sat and watched him.

In the court document, he stated he had previously told Furlan to stop contacting him in any way – whether directly, through others, or online.

Okay, so thankfully, he’s saying this guy, Furlan, didn’t actually have a weapon or threaten him with one, and he wasn’t physically hurt! But honestly, it’s still so scary! My amazing, incredible artist – the one and only ‘Drug In Me Is You’ singer – just wants Furlan to stay a HUGE distance away, like, 100 yards! Can you believe someone would bother him? He deserves to feel safe, and I’m just so glad he’s taking steps to protect himself. A hundred yards isn’t enough, honestly, but it’s a start!

Radke shared screenshots of conversations with Furlan, including direct messages, voice recordings, and Instagram Stories, claiming she was spreading false information about him and pressuring young fans to falsely accuse him. He provided evidence, including screenshots of Furlan allegedly asking a 17-year-old to talk to TMZ about him.

He and Furlan are set to appear in court Jan. 23.

For the internet personality’s part, her attorney slammed the filing.

According to her lawyer, Ms. Furlan is upset that a lawsuit has been filed against her, arguing that she is the one being harassed. They plan to vigorously defend against what they call a baseless claim and are seeking legal protection for Ms. Furlan from further harassment and threats.

TopMob News has reached out to Furlan’s reps for comment and has not yet heard back.

After Furlan revealed she had been communicating with someone online while married, she explained that the challenges in her six-year marriage ultimately brought them closer together.

Brittany mentioned on her podcast, This Is The Worst, that going through everything together unexpectedly strengthened their bond. She explained that it made them consider what their lives would be like if they didn’t have each other.

After the event, she and Lee – father to her and his former wife Pamela Anderson’s sons, Brandon and Dylan Jagger Lee, ages 29 and 28 – made an effort to repair their relationship.

Ultimately, it’s about getting better,” she explained. “We’ve faced similar challenges before, and it’s really difficult. All I can say is that relationships are never simple, everyone has their own issues, and being famous doesn’t protect you from that.
