It’s been an extra special year for Caitlin O’Connor.
Besides her successful career as an actress and TV host, she became engaged to Joe Manganiello after dating for two years.
“We’re incredibly happy right now,” Caitlin shared with TopMob News. “I’m just enjoying each day as it comes.”
The couple, both originally from Pennsylvania and who met at a party for the show Winning Time in Los Angeles, are happily moving forward with their relationship and planning a wedding. They’ve already decided on one special dessert they definitely want to have at their celebration.
Caitlin is beginning to plan her wedding and already knows she wants a cookie table. ‘It’s a Pittsburgh tradition,’ she said, ‘and since I love desserts, that was the first thing I thought of – all those cookies, snacks, and treats!’
She’s staying busy with lots of work, including partnerships with brands like Alo, while she waits.
Caitlin, who recently contributed to TopMob News, shared that she’s loved TV hosting ever since she was a child – she first started when she hosted her elementary school’s Christmas program at age 7.
She’s always dreamed of being on camera, but she’s also proving to be a talented force behind the scenes.
Caitlin, recently welcomed into the Producers Guild of America, shared with TopMob that she’s currently focused on the early stages of production for two independent films. That’s what occupies most of her time at the moment.
And when her schedule allows, she’s traveling the world with Joe and their dog Bubbles.
“Bubbles is way more traveled than any dog in the world,” Caitlin noted. “She goes everywhere. I think she’s been to probably 17 countries. Ever since Joe adopted her from Dogs Without Borders, she’s been all over the world.”
Since Bubbles is usually with them, will she likely be part of Joe and Caitlin’s wedding?
“Bubbles goes everywhere,” Caitlin teased. “So you can imagine she will be.”
