Camila Cabello Reacts to Fifth Harmony Bandmates Reuniting Without Her

Camila Cabello is cheering her former bandmates on. 

The singer of “Señorita” expressed the most encouraging response when the members of Fifth Harmony, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane came together for a reunion performance during the Jonas Brothers’ concert on Aug. 31.

On August 31st, a video was posted on Fifth Harmony’s Instagram where the four members harmoniously sang their 2015 hit “Worth It.” This performance took place at a concert in Dallas, and they wore matching black attire while dancing in sync to the rhythm.

The group wrote in their caption for the clip, “On what date did we find ourselves? August 31, 2025. A big thank you to the Jonas Brothers for inviting us. It was an unforgettable experience returning!

Four years after leaving the band, Camila expressed her affection for Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah’s reunion by posting four heart emojis underneath their announcement.

5 Harmony, who parted ways about two years following the departure of the “Havana” singer, left quite a few people astounded with their remarkable performance. However, it was Dinah who subtly suggested a potential reunion as early as March, hinting at a possible comeback by the group.

The 28-year-old expressed to Billboard that it’s wonderful fans can reflect on great memories, and they’re appreciative of the recognition once more. He felt that their music was influential yet overlooked in the past. Now, as it’s experiencing a resurgence independently, he believes this validates their music has intrinsic value.

Concerning Camila, the artist known for “Never Be the Same,” she hasn’t spoken openly on her reasons for skipping the reunion. But, she has been open about what led to her departure from the girl group originally.

During the March 6th broadcast of the Call Her Daddy podcast, Camila confided, “What started as an intense enthusiasm morphed into a writing pursuit. Initially, I considered penning works for others, but eventually found myself thinking, ‘No, in fact, I wish to perform these songs on my own.’

She stated, ‘Over time, I found myself growing apart from their shared goals, and yet, they remained fervent and enthusiastic. So, it was as if I were saying, ‘This place no longer feels right for me, it seems misaligned.’
