Cardi B Brings Out Nicki Minaj’s Ex Meek Mill on Stage During Concert

Cardi B may be upping the beef in her feud against Nicki Minaj. 

Cardi B, who has been publicly fighting with Nicki Minaj since 2018, surprised fans at her sold-out Little Miss Drama tour show in Philadelphia on April 7th by bringing out Nicki’s ex-boyfriend, Meek Mill, to perform.

Meek Mill shared a video on Instagram of himself performing his 2012 song “Dreams and Nightmares.” During the performance, Cardi B walked across the stage wearing a revealing outfit – a bustier and thong – which excited the audience and caused them to cheer loudly.

Meek was excited about his appearance in the video, and he showed it in the caption of his April 8th post, writing, “Shake the building @iamcardib!” with sparkle emojis.

The rivalry between Cardi B, 33, and Nicki Minaj, 43, began in 2018. Cardi reportedly saw that Nicki had liked a tweet criticizing her parenting, and this happened at a Harper’s Bazaar party.

The two have continued to publicly argue, most recently with Cardi B responding to accusations from Nicki Minaj that Cardi’s album sales for Am I the Drama? were not accurate.

Cardi B questioned why people kept mentioning her album in a September post on X (formerly Twitter). She explained it wasn’t as big of a deal as some were making it out to be, and pointed out that someone with 16 years of experience should be comparing themselves to artists who started around the same time.

She also advised Nicki – who has a 5-year-old son with her husband, Kenneth Petty – to focus her energy on artists who are equally famous, like Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Drake.

She went on to say, “Those are the numbers you should be aiming for, but you’re falling short of everyone else.” Then, seemingly questioning his experience, she added, “I was in high school when you started – why are you even comparing yourself to me?”

Cardi B, who has four children – Kulture (8), Wave (4), Blossom (18 months) with her ex, Offset, and a 4-month-old son with Stefon Diggs – publicly criticized Nicki Minaj after Minaj again hinted that Cardi B may have HPV.

“Alright now this the third tweet talkin about my pregnancy,” she added. “Lord protect my babies.”

Netflix and the production team held extensive auditions. I didn’t recommend my friend for the role, but they ultimately got it because they were the most qualified. I also want to clarify that I didn’t help them get the part by having anyone else removed from consideration, as he explained in an Instagram post.

During a September 2023 game of “Stir the Pot” with her daughter, Kelly Osbourne, on TopMob News, Sharon Osbourne revealed that she considered Topher Grace, of “That ’70s Show” fame, to be the rudest celebrity she’d ever encountered. She described him as a very rude and unpleasant person.

He did not respond to her remarks publicly.

Five years ago, Sharon shared with Larry King that Ashton seemed upset during his 2014 appearance on The Talk because she had misspoken his name.

She remembered him asking, ‘Who are you and what have you accomplished in this business?’ Her response was blunt: ‘Don’t underestimate me, young man, because I’ll completely destroy you.’ She finished by saying, ‘You have no idea who you’re talking to.’

In August 2022, Cassadee Pope and Maren Morris publicly disagreed with Brittany Aldean, the wife of country singer Jason Aldean. This followed Brittany sharing a video on Instagram showing her applying makeup, where she thanked her parents for not allowing her to transition during a phase where she preferred traditionally masculine interests, stating she appreciated her feminine identity.

In a 2022 TikTok trend, JoJo Siwa called Candace Cameron Bure the “rudest” celebrity she’d met, explaining that Bure had once declined to pose for a photo with her at a red carpet event. Soon after, Cameron Bure apologized publicly, saying she regretted hurting Siwa’s feelings as a child and was truly sorry for not taking the picture.

Candace and the other person resolved their differences. However, when asked months later if her network, Great American Family, would ever feature same-sex couples as the main characters in its holiday films, she said it wouldn’t, explaining that the network would continue to focus on traditional marriage.

JoJo, who publicly shared they are part of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021, responded to the actress’ comment on Instagram, calling it “rude and hurtful to an entire community.”

In June 2021, Courtney Love claimed that Olivia Rodrigo had copied the album cover art of her band, Hole, for a promotional photo without proper acknowledgment. Olivia responded with a supportive message, saying, “Love u and live through this sooooo much.” Courtney then playfully replied, “Olivia – you’re welcome. My favorite florist is in Notting Hill, London! DM me for details! I look forward to reading your note [winking face emoji].”

While on the show Watch What Happens Live, the Happy Days actor explained why he and the Forrest Gump star didn’t get along while filming their 1989 movie, Turner & Hooch.

I directed the movie for thirteen days, and then Jeff Katzenberg, the producer, called me into his office and told me to go home – that I had everything I needed.

Winkler and Hanks’ dog seemed to get along very well. “I really loved that dog,” Winkler said.

He also refused to admit if he’s even seen the flick. 

“You know what you did!”

Anyone who watched The Hills probably remembers that famous line from Lauren on the show’s third season premiere. The drama started when Heidi began dating her future husband, Spencer Pratt, and escalated when Lauren claimed Heidi and Spencer spread a false rumor about her and her then-boyfriend, Jason Wahler, involving a supposed sex tape.

Tyrese and Dwayne Johnson had a public falling out in 2017 after the release date for Fast & Furious 9 was delayed until April 2020. On the same day, a spin-off film featuring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham was announced, slated for release in 2019. The next month, Tyrese said he would leave Fast 9 if Dwayne Johnson was still involved.

Tyrese recently discussed the long-standing conflict with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, telling Van Lathan on The Red Pill podcast that he still hasn’t spoken to Johnson directly, though they plan to talk. He did mention having a conversation with one of Johnson’s producing partners, but not with Johnson himself.

Tyrese admitted he shouldn’t have publicly shared frustrations on behalf of others involved with the franchise. He explained he was the one who spoke out, and he takes responsibility for that, calling it unprofessional and inappropriate.

No more bad blood here.

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry had a long-running public disagreement, which some believed led to Taylor writing her song “Bad Blood.” The conflict, said to have begun over a disagreement about a dancer and competition during their concert tours, ended when Katy sent Taylor an actual olive branch as a peace offering before Taylor’s Reputation Tour began.

Taylor Swift shared a video on Instagram explaining that she found a real olive branch in her dressing room and said it meant a lot to her.

Taylor captioned the video, “Thank you Katy.”

For years, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, stars of Sex and the City, dismissed rumors of a disagreement. However, those rumors resurfaced when Kim chose not to participate in a third movie and made some pointed remarks about her co-star.

During a September 2017 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Sarah Jessica Parker how she felt about Kim Cattrall telling Piers Morgan they had only ever been colleagues, not friends.

She was deeply upset, saying she felt heartbroken. They had talked about it all week, and she explained she found it really disturbing because her memory of what happened was completely different.

It’s definitely sad, but I believe what truly connects us is the shared experience we all had. It started as a professional project, but over the years, it became deeply personal. And though they didn’t film scenes together, Kim did make a small appearance on And Just Like That.

Elton John and Madonna have been publicly disagreeing since 2004. The conflict began when Elton, while accepting an award, criticized Madonna’s live performances. He famously told the audience that he disagreed with her being called the best live act, questioning how lip-syncing could be considered a live performance, and even suggested performers who lip-sync should face consequences given the cost of concert tickets.

The actress, formerly on Grey’s Anatomy, caused a disagreement with the show’s creator back in 2008 when she asked to not be considered for an Emmy Award. She explained that she didn’t think her storylines that season were strong enough to deserve a nomination.

Shonda Rhimes discussed Katherine Heigl’s departure during a 2012 interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah’s Next Chapter. She admitted it was both hurtful and expected. “When people show you their true colors, you should believe them,” Shonda explained. “I’ve really taken that to heart, and it’s helped me a lot.”

And then, a month later, Cardi finally told us what actually started it all. I was glued to everything she said, trying to understand what led to that crazy fight. It was wild!

Okay, so Cardi B said this, and honestly, it’s been driving me crazy! She told W magazine that this other person has just been constantly coming for her, you know? Apparently, they’d talked it out twice before, and they thought everything was cool. But no! This person just kept at it, wouldn’t let it go! It’s so frustrating, I just want them to stop! I’m totally on Cardi’s side, she deserves better.

The conflict truly escalated when Cardi B noticed Nicki Minaj had seemingly liked, then unliked, a tweet criticizing Cardi’s parenting. Nicki has stated she didn’t actually interact with the tweet.

I was set to earn a lot of money from my tour with Bruno Mars, but I chose to be with my daughter instead,” Cardi explained. “I love my daughter, and I’m a really good mom. It’s frustrating when people without kids criticize my choices. Everyone says the party wasn’t the right place to see another artist, but I don’t expect to run into someone famous just anywhere, like at the grocery store.

The conflict between Kanye West and Taylor Swift began in 2009 when Kanye interrupted her acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. Although they later reconciled and became friends, their relationship fell apart in 2016 following the release of Kanye’s song “Famous,” which mentioned Taylor by name.

Just before the Grammys in February 2025, Kanye West began following only Taylor Swift on Instagram. He didn’t offer any explanation for this action, and Swift didn’t publicly acknowledge it.

The rumored rivalry between Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez began with a 2003 television interview in Germany. When asked about Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey famously responded, “I don’t know her.”
