Cardi B Details Plans to Undergo Another Butt Reduction

Cardi B doesn’t like her butt like that anymore.

Cardi B, currently performing on her Little Miss Drama tour, recently announced she plans to get her butt reduced again.

She revealed backstage at a California concert on February 17th, as reported by the Big Boy’s Neighborhood radio show, that she’s planning a complete break after her current tour. She said she wants three months of total silence and is heading to Colombia, asking everyone not to contact her. She jokingly added that she’s ‘taking herself out’ for some much-needed rest and relaxation.

Cardi B, who recently had a baby boy with Stefon Diggs and also has children Kulture (7), Wave (4), and Blossom (17 months) with her soon-to-be ex-husband Offset, is known for not being afraid to get plastic surgery and other body modifications.

She revealed that she underwent surgery in September 2024 to remove almost all of the liquid silicone gel—known as biopolymers—she had injected into her buttocks.

I recently had more of my butt injections taken out – it’s a process that requires multiple procedures – and I also addressed some issues with scar tissue buildup, also known as fibrosis, during the same time, I shared on Instagram Live.

Cardi B, who previously revealed she’d had risky, illegal butt injections in 2014 for $800, offered some advice to young people thinking about getting cosmetic surgery.

Let me be clear: if you’re a young person, maybe in your late teens or early twenties, and you’re feeling self-conscious about being too thin, please don’t get butt injections. It’s not a good idea.

Cardi B, who has previously discussed having liposuction, breast augmentation twice, a nose job, and veneers, explained that she’d need another surgery if she wanted to change anything else.

She said on the Call Her Daddy podcast in September that she’s very happy with how she looks. She admitted she might want a slightly smaller butt, but acknowledged that it’s difficult to change that.

Okay, so I heard her talking about getting work done, and honestly, it broke my heart! She said she already had a reduction, and it was a seriously intense recovery – like, months of bed rest after they literally cut into her from both the top and bottom! And she’s saying she’s never doing that again, because someone – and I won’t name names – apparently had an issue with how she looked. Can you believe it? She’s just decided to love her body as it is, and honestly, that’s amazing. It just makes me admire her even more, knowing what she’s been through and still choosing to be herself. It’s so powerful!

Cardi B has been openly discussing her decision to have more cosmetic surgery, specifically to reduce her backside. She’s not alone, though – many other celebrities have also shared details about their plastic surgery experiences. Here’s a look at some of them.
