Offset, a member of Migos, explained the reasons behind his divorce from Cardi B, who filed in July 2024, after seven years of marriage.

I really should have shown her more respect,” the rapper said to Keke Palmer on her podcast, *Baby, This is Keke Palmer*, in an episode released on October 7th. “I made some poor choices, like being unfaithful.”

Offset, who has three children – Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 13 months – with Cardi B, has acknowledged that his cheating played a role in their divorce, and he understands her decision to end the marriage.

When she left, it was tough, but I accepted it,” he explained. “I realized I was thinking only about myself, and I can admit that. I’m a mature adult, and I understand that now.

Despite his mistakes, the rapper, known as “Stir Fry,” feels that both he and others contributed to the situation and the resulting pain.
