
Carol Vorderman is set to take over 5’s daytime TV programming tomorrow (Tuesday 17 March).
Jeff Stelling, known for hosting Countdown and currently a team captain on the show Celebrity Puzzling with Sally Lindsay and Jeremy Vine, will be appearing on Channel 5’s daytime TV between 9am and 3pm. He’ll be joining conversations specific to each show he appears on.
Carol Vorderman will start her day as a guest on the Jeremy Vine Show, and then appear on Storm Huntley and Alexis Conran’s news program, Storm & Alexis.
Finally, she will appear alongside Vanessa Feltz’s self-titled Show, Vanessa.
She’ll be back on our screens as team captain of Celebrity Puzzling when the show returns for its second season on Monday, February 23rd at 7pm. Her appearances will mark her return to the show.
On Tuesday, Carol will be showcasing her passion for puzzles and giving viewers a preview of the upcoming show.

Vorderman expressed her excitement about appearing on Channel 5’s daytime programs. She’s eager to discuss current events, relatable personal stories, and helpful consumer advice, as well as talk about her show, Celebrity Puzzling.
She added: “I love a good puzzle, so I’m excited to give viewers a taste of what’s coming.”
Federico Ruiz, head of daytime programming at 5, announced that Carol will be leading their daytime lineup. He described her as a highly skilled broadcaster and highlighted the diverse range of programs they offer, covering everything from lively debates and news to consumer advice and emotional human-interest stories.
He said viewers can expect her usual lively personality and clever humor throughout the day on channel 5, suggesting it might be worth taking a day off to watch without distractions!
Carol will be a guest on the Jeremy Vine show on Channel 5’s Daytime program on Tuesday, March 17th, starting at 9:15 AM.
