The West London band will headline BST Hyde Park in 2026, one of London’s biggest and most famous outdoor festivals.

A few years ago, when Netflix was actively seeking new shows, they seemed to prioritize competing with popular content. While Paramount+ gained recognition for Westerns like Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone, Netflix also wanted to offer similar programming.

I’m really excited about this new series! It’s set way back in 1854 in Washington Territory and centers around the strong women leading two families. One family has money and a long history together, while the other is made up of orphans and people who’ve had to build their own support system. It’s a fascinating contrast, and I think it’s going to be a really compelling story.

This series follows the intertwined destinies of two families: one wealthy and connected by blood, the other a close-knit group of orphans and outsiders brought together by hardship and affection. Their lives become connected through two shocking crimes, a long-held secret, a forbidden romance, and a valuable piece of land containing silver.

Thursday’s episode of EastEnders ended with a shocking twist: the return of Sam Mitchell, played by Kim Medcalf.
