This figure far surpasses the peak concurrent player numbers for both Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (13,804) and Final Fantasy 16 (27,508) when they were first released on PC. Interestingly, only the MMORPG Final Fantasy 14 (95,150) has seen a higher concurrent player count on Steam for any other Final Fantasy game.
