We’re back, Dragon Ball fans! In case you missed it, we’re just under a month away from the comeback of Son Goku. On October 11, get ready as Dragon Ball Super brings the anime back on TV screens. This ambitious project signals the start of a new chapter in the main series, so the anticipation for Dragon Ball Super is enormous. The first English dubbed trailer has recently been released, and it gives life to Goku’s fresh voice.

In 2014, Mark Duplass first appeared as the peculiar character “Peachfuzz” in the movie “Creep“. Co-created with director Patrick Brice, this film combined elements of horror and humor to spawn its sequel, “Creep 2“, in 2017. For years, fans have speculated about the future of the character, and now, the six-episode series “The Creep Tapes” is set to premiere on Shudder in November. Interestingly, Duplass hinted that he may continue playing this creepy character as long as he’s alive. Prior to the premiere of “The Creep Tapes ” on November 15th, fans can check out the new series “Out There: Crimes of the Paranormal“, produced by Duplass and currently streaming on Hulu.

Halle Berry shares that there’s potential for a prequel and sequels to the film “Never Let Go“, assuming its performance is strong enough to progress the series. In an interview with ComicBook prior to the movie’s debut, Berry expresses her preference for reprising her character from “Never Let Go” over some of her earlier roles, as she believes those roles might have reached their end. She openly hopes that “Never Let Go” will perform well enough to warrant a sequel, but advises the young actors who worked alongside her not to get ahead of themselves until it becomes a reality.

Although details about One Piece’s second season were shared during Netflix Geeked Week, the streaming service hasn’t disclosed a release date yet for season two. Actors Joe Manganiello and Lera Above have joined the cast as Crocodile and Nico Robin respectively, but the live-action revival of One Piece is still underway since filming continues in South Africa. Fans of One Piece are getting a sneak peek at some sets from afar thanks to the filming in Cape Town, with one observant anime fan even spotting a recognizable location from the One Piece series.
