Stephanie Miller, a fellow voice actor and radio host, shared the sad news of Jim Ward’s passing on social media this week. She posted a message from Jim’s partner, Janice, who said, “Our wonderful ‘voice deity,’ as Stephanie affectionately called Jim, passed away today at 10:45 AM. Please let Steph know.” Jim and Stephanie co-hosted a radio program together for many years before Jim left in 2017. Janice explained that Jim passed away due to complications from advanced Alzheimer’s, which he was being treated for in Los Angeles. Given his extensive and beloved work, Jim will be deeply missed.
