It joined the platform on November 1st, along with its 1993 sequel, Wayne’s World 2. The film stars Mike Myers and Dana Carvey as Wayne and Garth, two metalhead friends who host a local public-access TV show from Wayne’s basement. The movie became a huge success, earning over $183 million globally, and also features Tia Carrere, Rob Lowe, Lara Flynn Boyle, and Brian Doyle-Murray in its cast.
