As a big fan, I was really excited to try The Outer Worlds 2 on the PS5 Pro, but Digital Foundry’s report is pretty concerning. While the game generally runs at a steady framerate, the upscaling tech on the Pro seems to be causing some weird visual glitches, especially with the lighting. It’s like there’s noise around objects that just shouldn’t be there. Apparently, it actually looks worse than it does on the regular PS5, and even the Xbox Series X performs better! It’s a shame, because it sounds like the PS5 Pro is actually the least ideal way to play the game, which is really disappointing.
