Okay, so the character roster for this game is getting HUGE! They just announced Phoenix and Iron Man are playable, which is awesome. They’ll be joining Captain America, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Storm, Phyla-Vell, Venom, Nova, She-Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, Silver Surfer, Beta Ray Bill, Black Panther, and Cosmic Ghost Rider – seriously, so many heroes to choose from!

Since the release of EVO last January, the Assetto Corsa series has attracted over 20 million players, which Massarutto called a fantastic achievement. He noted that while Assetto Corsa was originally designed as a realistic simulator for a small group of enthusiasts, its popularity has clearly expanded beyond that ‘niche’ audience.
Sidetrack Games started as a group of players who created modifications for the Payday games, and they’ve also worked on RAID: World War 2. Starbreeze Studios, the creators of Payday, were impressed by Sidetrack’s dedication to supporting games after release for extended periods, and by their existing knowledge of the game engine used in Payday 2.
Nintendo announced that Luigi’s Mansion, a beloved GameCube classic from 2001, will be available on Nintendo Switch Online starting next week, October 30th. The game, where Luigi fights ghosts in a haunted mansion, was previously announced for Switch Online earlier this year, but a specific release date wasn’t given. Releasing it just before Halloween is perfect, considering the game’s spooky theme!
Instead of announcing a new Pikmin game, Nintendo is surprising fans with a free update for Pikmin 4 on Nintendo Switch. Coming in November, the update will add a good amount of fresh content, including a connection to the Pikmin Bloom mobile game.
The new trailer for Marvel Cosmic Invasion announced the game will be available starting December 1st, perfect for the holiday season. It also revealed the last two playable characters: Iron Man and Phoenix. They’ll join a team of iconic heroes already announced, including Wolverine, Spider-Man, Captain America, Storm, and others.
Science fiction is incredibly popular at the movies right now, with films like Dune, A Quiet Place, Avatar, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and Tenet earning widespread acclaim. Recent years have also seen several sci-fi movies – including Dune: Part Two, Alien: Romulus, The Creator, and Avatar: The Way of Water – nominated for Academy Awards. However, many other excellent sci-fi films haven’t gotten the same attention. The first season of Battlefield 6 will bring a lot of new content, including two new maps, two new game modes, and a variety of weapons. This update is expected to keep players engaged, as some of the new features are among the best additions to the game yet. The season kicks off on October 28th with the release of the Blackwell Fields map, followed by the Eastwood map on November 18th. I’ve had a chance to try out the new maps and weapons, and I’m very impressed with what’s been added.
