The CW’s Birds of Prey, a series focusing on Huntress, Oracle, and Black Canary protecting Gotham City while Batman was away, ended after only 13 episodes on February 19, 2003. However, the show got a second chance in 2019 as part of the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event within the Arrowverse. Although the show’s original universe was erased by the Anti-Monitor, the original actress who played Huntress returned to reprise her role in a major DC event.

The Shore: Enhanced Edition commemorates the original game’s release and now brings its Lovecraftian horror experience to consoles.

So far, the stories we’ve seen consistently show Westeros as a harsh and dangerous world where death is always a threat. Characters meet their end in all sorts of ways, from shockingly violent scenes to surprisingly ordinary ones. When it comes to the Targaryen family, the most impactful deaths are those that are noble and heroic…while the least satisfying are either easily forgotten or feel strangely unsatisfying, or both. Warning: Spoilers ahead for Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.

I was looking into this manga recently, and it’s doing surprisingly well. A trustworthy source, @MangaMoguraRE on X, reported that over 2.45 million copies are currently in circulation. While it’s not a runaway success, that’s a pretty good number, especially considering it doesn’t have an anime adaptation. It’s a bit of a shame, really, because the reviews are fantastic, and an anime would likely have made it much more popular.

PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro owners have a new game available today, February 19th: BMX Streets by Mash Games. However, it’s surprisingly more expensive on PlayStation than on PC or Xbox Series X, where it costs $24.99. The PS5 version is priced higher, and there’s no clear reason why. Usually, when a game is released on a new platform, the price is similar to or the same as earlier versions. In this case, the PS5 version doesn’t offer any improvements for the PS5 Pro or take advantage of the DualSense controller features, so those don’t explain the extra $10 cost.

From the start, Crisol gives off strong Resident Evil 7 vibes. The character movement feels heavy, and aiming isn’t quick – you won’t be pulling off flashy moves or quick escapes. While this might sound like a downside, it’s actually central to the game’s tense atmosphere. The unsettling, doll-like enemies move slowly towards you, forcing you to carefully choose your targets and aim accurately to survive. Thankfully, Crisol rarely throws enemies at you without warning, making the process of taking down the slow-moving groups a consistently suspenseful experience.

The series enhances the story by developing certain characters and relationships further. We see more of Lyonel Baratheon, played brilliantly by Daniel Ings, and Dunk’s mentor, Ser Arlan of Pennytree, gets more focus. Episode 5 also adds a flashback to Dunk’s childhood, exploring a relationship only hinted at in the books, alongside the Trial of Seven. While adapting a story always involves changes, these adjustments haven’t faced the same criticism as those in shows like The Wheel of Time or The Rings of Power. This is likely because A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms avoids the biggest pitfalls those shows fell into.

The author has a few options for what to do next. They could start a completely new story, or they could build on the world of Jujutsu Kaisen with spin-off series. Here are three ideas for how they could continue the story through spin-offs.

If you’re a fan of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, you have limited time to watch seasons 3 and 4 on Netflix. They’ll be removed on February 26th, but don’t worry – this is part of a planned schedule. Since the show came to Netflix, seasons have rotated on and off the platform. When seasons 5 and 6 were added, seasons 1 and 2 disappeared. Now, as seasons 3 and 4 leave, seasons 7 and 8 will become available alongside seasons 5 and 6, also on February 26th.
