During a conversation on the Official Xbox Podcast, Yuji Nakao, a producer and director at PlatinumGames, and Masazaku Hirayama, director at Team Ninja, revealed the game will be released in early 2026. The update introduces new weaponry for both Ryu and Yakumo; Ryu will gain a pair of claw-like gauntlets, while Yakumo will wield a large scythe.

The newest update for Monster Hunter Wilds offers a lot of fresh content for players who are coming back to the game. It includes new Event Quests and a brand-new monster called Omega Planetes, giving fans plenty to explore. Unlike most updates which just add a monster or two, some Event Quests, and the Season of Accord, this update (TU3) offers even more – including a completely new way to play with Pictomancy, a new tool and playstyle.

Darkseid actively tries to keep Superman away from Earth during his invasion, but the situation changes when Superman returns. It’s Superman who brings the Miracle Machine from the future to restore the Multiverse. He defeats Darkseid, allowing the Supermen from across the Multiverse to overcome the Vampire Monitor Mandrakk, who exploited the chaos caused by Darkseid’s attack to attempt total annihilation. However, a more compelling candidate for the story’s true hero is Darkseid.
Lilith is currently the most significant character the show has revealed, but the unfolding events hint at even bigger surprises to come. With Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy joining Season 2 as Abel-Adam’s second son-the groundwork is being laid for the arrival of a hugely important biblical figure. This character, Abel’s mother, Eve, would perfectly reflect and further complicate the already complex relationships within Hell’s royal family. As Heaven and Hell remain locked in conflict, Eve’s potential introduction could transform the war into a deeply personal, age-old family feud, suggesting that the most impactful conflicts in this universe aren’t about good versus evil, but about dysfunctional families. It’s a battle of broken bonds.
