One Piece Clears Up A Huge Gunko Plot Hole

I’ve been following Gunko since she first appeared, and honestly, she’s been a huge source of speculation! Her strange abilities, unique look, the meaning behind her name, and that intriguing connection she has with Brook – it all adds up to a fascinating mystery. But the biggest question mark since her introduction has been why she *didn’t* have the “Saint” title, or any clue about which World Noble family she came from. A lot of us wondered if she was *ever* a Celestial Dragon to begin with. Well, the latest chapter of One Piece finally answered that question, and it officially confirms Gunko’s World Noble lineage! It’s so exciting to finally have that settled.

Absolute Evil #1 Introduces the Twisted Absolute Justice League In a Compelling Page-Turner (Review)

The Absolute books have been consistently great, and Absolute Evil #1 had high expectations to meet. Thankfully, writer Al Ewing delivers. What really stands out about the Absolute Universe is how well the writers collaborate, and Ewing expertly demonstrates the connections between all the Absolute titles. This issue reveals the underlying links that weren’t previously obvious, immediately grabbing your attention. The portrayal of Hawkman is particularly well done, as it builds on our understanding of the Golden Age version while adding a clever twist. It feels natural that Hawkman would be a fascist in the Absolute Universe, considering his character has always leaned in that direction.

If you don’t have a Nintendo Switch or play games on phones or tablets, this doesn’t affect you, as you couldn’t play the Star Wars game anyway. However, players on Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android can no longer access Star Wars: Hunters, a free-to-play player-vs-player combat arena game that NaturalMotion and Zynga released on June 4, 2024.
