The Nintendo Switch 2 released with the new *Mario Kart World*, which has done fairly well. However, many players are eager for more new games from Nintendo. A few months later, Nintendo released *Donkey Kong Bonanza*, adding to the limited number of games only available on the Switch 2. Because there haven’t been many Switch 2 games yet, some people found the recent Nintendo Direct presentation disappointing. But don’t count out 2025 – several major games are still planned for the Nintendo console.

Season 2 of *Peacemaker* introduces Sasha Bordeaux (played by Sol Rodríguez) as a key member of ARGUS, reporting directly to the new director, Rick Flag Sr. (Frank Grillo). She’s in charge of the continuing effort to monitor Christopher Smith (John Cena). Comic book fans will recognize Sasha Bordeaux as a character with a complicated past – she’s trained by Batman, worked with and against Amanda Waller, and underwent a transformation that made her part human, part machine. While many expected her appearance to be a simple reference to Batman’s world, the show is now establishing a new, separate origin story for her. Be warned: Spoilers ahead for Peacemaker Season 2, Episode 5.

The trailer shows players will be able to farm rice paddies, hunt, build and manage their homes, and gain favor with the villagers. It also highlights nighttime exploration of the village.

The Borderlands series has been struggling lately. Recent releases, like the somewhat underwhelming *Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands*, the disappointing *New Tales from the Borderlands*, and a poorly received movie adaptation, haven’t lived up to expectations. Instead of hitting the mark, they’ve unfortunately left fans wanting more.

When the new *Battlefield* game launches, it will feature an impressive 45 different weapons, not counting explosive gadgets like rocket launchers. This is more than twice the number of weapons available at the start of *Battlefield 2042*. The developers will likely add even more weapons later on, but this is a great beginning and should give players plenty to explore. I’ve researched the real-world counterparts to each gun in the game, based on available information. While some names have been altered for legal reasons, fans want to know which actual firearms are represented, and fictional names can be confusing.
