7 Most Referenced Comic Covers

This cover showcases an iconic battle between Hulk and Wolverine, one of the most chilling covers ever produced. Their enmity, which started in The Incredible Hulk #180, has been marked by hostility and frequent brawls. This cover effectively conveys the intense animosity between them, and it looks fantastic. Wolverine’s scowl reveals pure malice, while Hulk’s reflection as he roars, powerful enough to break windows, hints at the ferocity of their upcoming fight. The cover does a great job utilizing both characters to express its message, and many Wolverine series have paid tribute to this image in some way. I suspect that most characters capable of such reflective imagery have used it in a cover. In fact, IDW’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #22 employed a similar technique with the Shredder and Casey Jones, and it was even featured in the Deadpool and Wolverine film. If that’s not a nod to their history, I don’t know what is.

Damian Wayne is Batman’s Greatest Failure (and That’s Why He’s Interesting)

At first glance, Damian Wayne may appear to be an annoyingly arrogant young man. He’s sarcastic and deliberately distant, seeming to push others away. However, upon closer examination, it becomes clear that there is more to this character than meets the eye. Damian serves as a reflection of Bruce Wayne’s imperfections, his contradictions, boundaries, and choices. This is subtly revealed throughout the storyline, serving as a reminder for readers that Damian’s existence is intended to symbolize Batman’s shortcomings as a superhero. Simultaneously, Damian raises questions about Bruce Wayne’s abilities as a father.

All the Major Threats in The Walking Dead, Ranked

Although there aren’t many large dangers (apart from the constant threat of zombies), the dangers in the narrative are all substantial and frightening in their unique ways. It’s worth noting that every major threat was featured in the television series, which underscores just how significant they truly are.

Eurogamer received an explanation about the project from Geoff Crookes, Soulframe’s creative director, and Sarah Asselin, their community manager. When asked if Soulframe was planning a 2025 launch, Crookes expressed some uncertainty, saying, “I might not be entirely certain, but our goal is to release it as soon as possible.” He went on to say that they would assess their progress in the fall before making a final decision.

5 Things That Still Don’t Make Sense About Avengers: Age of Ultron

As a passionate fan, I can’t help but admit that while Age of Ultron raked in a massive box office haul, it’s often labeled as the weakest Avengers film. The primary reason for this is its overly complex plot, which seems more focused on setting the stage for Infinity War and Civil War rather than delving deeply into Ultron’s storyline. Frankly, there are a few inconsistencies in Age of Ultron that leave me scratching my head.

4 Nintendo Franchises That Need to Be Rebooted on Switch 2

While not all Nintendo franchises remain active, some unfortunately slip into obscurity. For instance, Metroid has made a comeback, but there are others that seem lost to time and deserve another chance. Here are some overlooked favorites that could greatly benefit from a revival on the potential Nintendo Switch 2.

This Shocking Avengers Movie Stat Sounds Made Up (& Proves A Big MCU Mistake)

The blockbuster hit “Avengers: Endgame” premiered in April 2019, and since then, the Avengers have been noticeably absent from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) during Phases 4 and 5. By the time “Avengers: Doomsday” arrives in December 2026, with the Russo brothers back at the helm for Marvel, a total of 37 MCU projects will have been released – marking a significant gap of around seven and a half years without a new Avengers movie. In contrast, there were only four movies between “The Avengers” and “Avengers: Age of Ultron”, followed by seven more before “Infinity War”. However, the number of projects released between Avengers movies this time is remarkably high.
