In a recent interview with *Empire*, creator Noah Hawley dashed fans’ hopes for a crossover between *Predator* and *Alien*. He confirmed that no Xenomorphs will appear in the movie, but emphasized this actually makes the story stronger. Hawley explained they didn’t want to simply combine the two franchises for the sake of it, and that the inclusion of the Weyland-Yutani corporation is driven by genuine narrative reasons.

Scorpion will be back after a quick appearance in *Spider-Man: Homecoming*, likely still seeking revenge on Spider-Man for his imprisonment. However, the plans of another confirmed villain could be much bigger, as they have ties to a character with a long and intense rivalry with Spider-Man.
