It’s still unclear which of the two FromSoftware games – Elden Ring or The Duskbloods – will be released on the Switch 2 first. While Elden Ring has been available on other platforms since 2022, making it a likely candidate, the delay of Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition now opens the door for The Duskbloods to potentially arrive on the Switch 2 first, which wouldn’t be a bad thing.
The first episode of Power Rangers Dino Fury aired on Nickelodeon on February 20, 2021, introducing a new danger to Earth and the team of Power Rangers tasked with stopping it. One of these new Rangers was Amelia Jones, played by Hunter Deno, and she quickly became popular with viewers. According to Deadline, the new play will focus on the Great Tourney of Harrenhal and a tragic love story. The story will extend beyond the time of King Aerys II Targaryen, exploring the romance between Jon Snow’s parents, Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, which began at the tourney. This event ultimately sparked Robert’s Rebellion and the downfall of Aerys II. The prequel will also include appearances by some characters fans will recognize from Game of Thrones.

Concept designer Phil Saunders shared on Instagram that one of his earliest tasks for TRON: Legacy was a drawing of Cillian Murphy as the new Sark. The idea was to entice Murphy to return and play a younger version of Dillinger. Viola Davis and Julius Tennon’s production company, JuVee Productions, is adapting the Afro-fantasy graphic novel The Untamed: A Sinner’s Prayer into a film, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The comic, a revenge thriller created by Sebastian A. Jones, was self-published. Jones, who has been creating comics in this universe for a decade through his company Stranger Comics, will also write the screenplay and direct the movie.

Over the years, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have gone through several different versions on screen. There have been the original live-action trilogy, one animated reboot, another pair of live-action films, and most recently, the animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Thankfully, Mutant Mayhem is widely considered the best TMNT movie yet, and it’s already led to both a TV series and plans for a sequel. While the sequel seems promising, it wouldn’t be the first TMNT movie to be canceled during production if things unfortunately fell apart – though that’s not expected to happen.
So, we were chatting about how Scream 7 seems to be leaning into more personal stories, and it got me thinking. I asked Chris if he ever thought we might get a Hackers sequel, especially with everything going on in the world today. Turns out, Iain Softley – the original director – actually has a script! Chris and he were just talking about it, and they both feel like now would be the perfect time to revisit that world. He wasn’t sure about getting Angelina Jolie and Johnny Lee Miller back, but he definitely said he’s ready and willing to hack the planet again, which, as a fan, is all I needed to hear!
