So far in the DCU, Kara Zor-El has only shown up briefly at the end of Superman and with a very quick cameo in Peacemaker Season 2, so it’s too early to rank her among the best Supergirls. However, actress Milly Alcock is starting off strong in the role of the Kryptonian. The DCU’s version of Kara is largely inspired by the character in the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comics, where she begins as a rebellious and mischievous young woman. Alcock perfectly captured this personality in her single scene in Superman, getting a laugh from audiences when she playfully called her cousin a “bitch” and enjoyed Krypto’s playful behavior. It’s still too early to say if Alcock will become a great Supergirl, but we’re excited about her solo movie next year and her potential future within the DCU.
The first season of Fox’s popular medical drama Doc, consisting of 10 episodes, became available on Netflix on September 23rd, shortly before Season 2 began airing on Fox the same day. The show, created by Barbie Kligman and inspired by the Italian series Doc – Nelle tue mani, features Molly Parker as Dr. Amy Larsen, an internal medicine physician who loses the last eight years of her memory due to a brain injury. She has to rediscover who she is and rebuild her professional life, having no memory of her patients, coworkers, or loved ones. Doc Season 1 arrived on Netflix’s streaming service less than a year after its initial release on Fox.
The game we’re talking about is Stranglehold, and it’s been updated with a new feature: you can now customize the field of view (FOV) using the F5, F6, and F7 keys.
