Insider Gaming reports that a new The Lord of the Rings game is in development. According to a source, the project is expected to receive around $100 million in funding from the Abu Dhabi Investment Office. The publication also suggests this is just part of the total budget, hinting that the game will likely have a significantly larger overall investment.
Tony Stark’s Iron Man armors let him fight as a hero despite not having any natural superpowers. Each suit’s main features were the ability to fly, shoot repulsor blasts, gain super strength, and use high-tech weapons. The armor was improved many times over the years, with updates like changing the AI from JARVIS to FRIDAY, adding nanotechnology, and letting it be controlled remotely. Interestingly, there was one armor Stark never actually used, even though it was his most powerful one yet.
The book is scheduled to be released in Spring 2026 and you can pre-order it now from Read_Only Memory. It costs £95, or you can choose the “The First 30 Years” Deluxe Edition for £245, though only 1994 copies of that version are available.
The major release this week is Ghost of Yotei, but don’t forget about Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles and Digimon Story Time Stranger either.

Okay, so Omega Planetes is seriously the biggest thing added to Monster Hunter Wilds. It’s not just part of what looks like a huge collaboration event, but honestly, it’s one of the toughest monsters in the whole game, maybe *the* toughest. I’ve fought a lot of hard monsters, but Omega Planetes is on another level – it’s more difficult and visually impressive than things like Tempered Lagiacrus, Seregios, and even Gore Magala. It’s a real challenge!
Much of the story in Reach will center around the underground city of Ferra. This city was built by artificial beings created by humans long ago, and, as the narrator points out, they inherited both the strengths and weaknesses of their creators. The narrator states, “Vanity gave way to envy,” and continues, “Envy to war. And our once great city turned to ruin.”
