I enjoyed the original Pokémon games, but *Pokémon Ruby* and *Pokémon Sapphire* really changed how I played. Traveling between towns was fun, but could sometimes feel a little slow. Generation 3 introduced the Running Shoes, a simple but incredibly impactful addition – arguably the biggest change in Pokémon history. They didn’t just make the game faster, they made movement feel much more fluid, engaging, and up-to-date.

Fans of classic teen comedies can now enjoy *10 Things I Hate About You* on Prime Video. This beloved 1999 film, which helped make stars out of Heath Ledger, Julia Stiles, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, is a charming story about an unlikely romance. Set in the ‘90s, the movie follows Kate, a strong-willed and independent girl, and Patrick, a new student who’s paid to win her over – all part of a plan to help her sister date who she wants!

HBO has certainly created excellent sci-fi shows. *Station Eleven* was a fantastic limited series that didn’t quite reach a broad audience, and *The Leftovers* is a truly great show, though it leans more into supernatural fantasy and mystery than traditional science fiction. However, *Westworld* felt poised to become a massive hit, earning both critical praise and a dedicated fanbase for years to come. I vividly remember being captivated by the pilot in 2016 and fully expecting it to be HBO’s next major success.

Amidst the intense action in the full trailer for *IT: Welcome to Derry*, there’s a surprising scene: the town of Derry covered in a strange, thick fog. This is the first hint that the movie might connect to another one of Stephen King’s scary stories, *The Mist*. Could these two tales be linked? And if so, how will the dangers from *The Mist* affect Pennywise?

Sebastian Stan first appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2011’s *Captain America: The First Avenger* as Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers’ (Chris Evans) lifelong friend and trusted companion. Though believed to have died after falling from a train, Bucky was rescued and brainwashed by HYDRA, becoming the powerful assassin known as the Winter Soldier. He worked as HYDRA’s top operative for many years before reconnecting with Rogers in 2014, carrying out dangerous missions during his time as a brainwashed agent.

A popular post on the EA Sports FC Reddit page is currently highlighting a frustrating issue with the game: the AI defenders are incredibly ineffective. Players are complaining that instead of tracking attackers or running with the play, the AI defenders often run *away* from the ball, which makes no sense and is incredibly irritating. While the original post doesn’t mention it, commenters point out this has been a recurring problem in previous versions of the game for several years.

As a fan, I have to say the controls feel amazing – the game translated beautifully to PC! But what *really* sets this apart is how it keeps and even improves on something special from the original *Real Bout* games. That two-lane battle system was always so cool, adding a whole new layer to a classic 2D fighter. They’ve polished it up and called it the “sway lane” – it’s basically a dedicated space on the stage where you can dodge and move around, and honestly, it adds a ton of strategy to what was already a really solid fighting game.

It might seem strange that a game originally released for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2005 is getting Steam Deck verification in 2025. However, this isn’t the original game, but a remake that came out in 2020. Even so, it’s unexpected for Steam Deck owners to see a game get verified five years after it was first released. The game is *Destroy All Humans*, developed by Black Forest Games and Pandemic Studios, and published by THQ Nordic.

As a huge Marvel fan, I was really surprised by just how many characters they crammed into *Marvel Zombies*, and honestly, even more shocking was how many of them actually *lived*! Still, don’t get too attached, because a lot of our heroes don’t make it through the four episodes. I’ve put together a ranking of every hero’s death from the first season, and trust me, some are way more impactful (and better done) than others.
