Let’s break down each trick you have to pull off:

The Inward Heelflip is a twist on the regular Heelflip. In a standard Heelflip, you flick your front foot out to the side, using your heel to catch the edge of the board’s nose. You can find instructions on how to do a Heelflip here. This makes the board rotate underneath you, flipping horizontally.

A Smith grind involves lowering the front truck of your skateboard while keeping the back truck rolling on the rail or ledge. Essentially, your front truck hangs off the side while the back truck drives you forward.

The 2024 Australian psychological thriller, *The Surfer*, is now available to stream on Hulu as of September 25th. The film, directed by Lorcan Finnegan and written by Thomas Martin, stars Nicolas Cage as a father who goes back to his childhood beach to surf with his son. Their trip takes a dark turn when they encounter hostility from the local community. Publicly shamed, the father finds himself caught up in a growing feud that tests his limits. The cast also includes Julian McMahon, Nic Cassim, Miranda Tapsell, Alexander Bertrand, Justin Rosniak, Finn Little, Rahel Romahn, Charlotte Maggi, and Nina Young. *The Surfer* premiered at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival and had a limited theatrical release in the U.S. in May before becoming available for streaming.
