The upcoming Wave 2 of Marvel Legends Mini-Comic Series will feature the introduction of Rachel Summers / Phoenix from Excalibur and X-Force’s Feral, which were unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con in July. This series will also include Astonishing X-Men’s Beast, Black Widow (Yelena Belova version), Silver Surfer, and Shadowland Daredevil. Each figure will be approximately 6 inches tall and come with additional accessories like different hand and head options, as well as weapons, along with the included mini-comic. While the mini-comic may not be a standout feature, it’s exciting to see these figures added to the collection nonetheless.

In the upcoming series, our new lead character Gai, clad in the traditional “Armor of Wildfire,” will be accompanied by four legendary heroes: Kaito Uesugi, Shion Ishida, Yamato Hojo, and Musashi Hojo. Notably, each of these warriors is voiced by talented actors who have previously worked on significant anime projects. Kaito’s voice will be provided by Junya Enoki, best known for his role as Yuji Itadori in “Jujutsu Kaisen.” Shion’s voice actor is Kentaro Kumagai, recognized for his performance as Laios in “Delicious in Dungeon.” Yamato’s voice will be brought to life by Shunsuke Takeuchi, famous for his role as Zodyl in “Gachiakuta.” Lastly, Musashi will be voiced by Ayumu Murase, who played the character Shoyo in “Haikyu!!”. This sequel series is set to premiere in January of the following year, marking the first airing of a new episode of “Ronin Warriors” since its initial broadcast over three decades ago.

Some beloved Cartoon Network series from the past are considered timeless and may not benefit from remakes or sequels due to various contractual obligations and internal complexities.
