Karl Moline, CrossGen and Buffy the Vampire Slayer Artist, Has Passed Away

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Karl Moline, a beloved comic book artist recognized for his work at CrossGen Comics, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Rogue, and numerous other titles. His fellow CrossGen studio mate, Ron Marz, shared this devastating news on Twitter earlier today. Unfortunately, the cause of Moline’s death and the exact timing remain unknown at present. This heartbreaking news has struck comic book enthusiasts hard, as John Cassaday, renowned artist for Astonishing X-Men and Planetary, passed away earlier in the week. Additionally, James Earl Jones, famously known as the voice of Darth Vader, also passed this week.
