Released in 2014, the film Hercules features a surprisingly strong cast, including Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Rebecca Ferguson, Ian McShane, Rufus Sewell, and Irina Shayk. The movie explores Hercules’ life after completing his famous labors, as he works as a mercenary and gets caught up in various conflicts. He’s tasked with helping a king defend his kingdom from a powerful warlord who has divine backing. Despite receiving mixed reviews – 58% on Rotten Tomatoes and 48% from audiences – Hercules is a genuinely fun watch.

The long-running animated series American Dad! is back for its 20th season on Fox, premiering this past weekend as part of the network’s Winter 2026 lineup. Alongside fresh episodes of Family Guy and Universal Basic Guys, American Dad! seamlessly continues its run, showing no signs of slowing down. The movie Passengers, starring Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence (known for The Hunger Games), arrives on Hulu on February 28th. Author Bret Easton Ellis shared on his podcast that several well-known actors have declined the part, possibly because they don’t want to be compared to Christian Bale’s iconic performance.

Following the 2026 Oscars, Timothée Chalamet will continue working on upcoming films, including Dune: Part Three, which began filming in July. With the awards show nearing, Chalamet is currently promoting the film and has revealed that Dune 3 will be his final appearance in the Dune series.
