Adam Copeland Gives Update on AEW Injury Status After Training Photo Surfaces
At AEW’s Double or Nothing this year, Adam Copeland faced one of the toughest challenges in his wrestling career against Malakai Black inside a Barbed Wire Steel Cage. Despite being 50 years old, moves that even younger wrestlers wouldn’t dare attempt came from Copeland. One such daring move was leaping off the top of the cage onto Black, resulting in a fractured tibia for Copeland himself. After successfully defending his TNT Championship with assistance from his Brood stablemate Gangrel, Copeland was compelled to give up the title and undergo surgery on his injuries. He’s been out of action since then, but the doctors remain hopeful that his recovery will progress smoothly, as he shared with fans following his surgery.
