I’m really into MLB The Show Mobile – it’s free to play, which is awesome! It’s got all the modes you’d expect from a The Show game, but they’ve built stuff specifically for mobile, so it’s super fast-paced and feels really authentic when it comes to the MLB experience. They’ve clearly put a lot of work into making it feel like the real deal.
Robert Eggers’ latest film, The Northman, a violent Viking epic, became available on Netflix on December 3rd. It’s Eggers’ third feature, following The Witch and The Lighthouse, and stars Alexander Skarsgård as Prince Amleth – a character from Norse mythology who served as the basis for Shakespeare’s Hamlet. The film centers on Amleth’s exiled journey to avenge his father’s murder at the hands of his uncle. The movie boasts a strong cast including Nicole Kidman, Claes Bang, Anya Taylor-Joy, Gustav Lindh, Ethan Hawke, Björk, and Willem Dafoe.
I was surprised to learn that a new Berserk pachinko machine will actually animate the fight against the Sea God! For those unfamiliar, this battle happened in chapters 316-321 of the manga and was a truly terrifying encounter – seriously, the creature felt like something straight out of an H.P. Lovecraft story. It took place during Guts’ years at sea, a significant part of the manga, and it’s never been animated before. Now, thanks to these pachinko machines, we’ll finally get to see this fight unfold using CG animation, and you can check it out! While it’s not exactly the revival many Berserk fans were hoping for, it’s great to see continued interest in the series and Miura’s incredible work.
Yokai Landlord: Monster Mystery! was initially available on Steam as an Early Access game on March 25th, before becoming fully released on April 15th.
The game now features several new cars, including the Ferrari 296 GT3 ’23 and 296 GTB ’22, the classic FIAT Panda 30 CL ’85, the Gran Turismo F3500-B, the Mine’s BNR34 GT-R N1 base, the Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R ’97, the Polestar 5 Performance ’26, and the Renault Espace F1 ’95. Players can test these vehicles out on the Yas Marina Circuit and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve.
This new collection moves from the frozen planet of Hoth to the forested moon of Endor, featuring camouflage-inspired clothing like a reimagined Han Solo trench coat, Luke and Leia’s ponchos, and Rebel uniforms. A cozy fleece lets kids dress up as Ewoks! We think this is Columbia’s best Star Wars line in years, and we especially appreciate that many of the pieces are stylish and practical enough to wear any time of year.
This is particularly noticeable with anime from the last ten years. As anime has become more popular, some shows have become much bigger hits than anyone predicted. However, it’s also important to remember that some anime have disappointed fans, and those fans are quick to share their opinions.

The latest update for Mario Kart World, version 1.4.0, is now available and includes significant improvements. Nintendo focused on enhancing the overall player experience with this update, adding several quality-of-life features and new options for gameplay. A major focus of this patch was improving the online multiplayer experience, especially when playing with friends.
Okay, so I’m really excited about this pairing – they’re seriously adorable! And the series definitely could be something special. But honestly, the first issue felt a little rough around the edges. It definitely lays the groundwork for a big, multiverse-spanning adventure, and there’s a lot of room for things to develop over the five issues. Still, I think only the biggest Monster High fans will really grab onto it right away.
