Good news for fans: Hogwarts Legacy 2 is officially happening, and it has the chance to improve upon the first game. While some leaked details about the sequel have surfaced – including rumors of it being a constantly updated “live service” game – they’re a little worrying. The biggest question is whether Hogwarts Legacy 2 will address the main weakness of the original. Despite its strengths, the first Hogwarts Legacy didn’t quite capture the feeling of actually being at Hogwarts. It didn’t focus enough on the classes, students, and daily life that made the school so magical for many of us. Hopefully, the sequel will prioritize this, and thankfully, there are straightforward ways to do so.

If you haven’t heard, Bandai Namco just released a remastered version of Tales of Berseria, called Tales of Berseria Remastered, on various platforms. It’s priced at $40, but initial reactions are mixed – critics seem to enjoy it, while player reviews are less positive so far.

The anime Hell’s Paradise is set on a dangerous island filled with monsters and a legendary elixir said to grant immortality. The story follows Gabimaru, a skilled criminal, and a group of other dangerous convicts sent by their nation to find the elixir in exchange for a pardon. Now in its second season, Gabimaru and his allies are battling the island’s powerful antagonists, Tensen, in intense and visually stunning fights – one particular battle is expected to be a real showstopper.

You have less than 48 hours to watch the original I Know What You Did Last Summer on Netflix. The sequel from 2025 will remain available, but the 1997 film will be removed on March 1st. This classic ‘90s horror movie features Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, and Freddie Prinze Jr. as four teens haunted by a fisherman with a hook, a year after they hid a deadly car accident.

I’m so excited – it looks like we’re getting close to the end of the manga! While it’s not quite over yet, the creators are saying it will wrap up next month. Shonen Jump usually calls this the “Super Climax” phase when a series is about to finish, and it means we’ve got less than a month left! Plus, they’ve announced that chapters 23 through 25 will all have color pages, which is amazing. Honestly, most of the chapters already have them, and they really showcase Iwasaki’s incredible artwork – everyone’s been raving about it, and for good reason!

Fans have been eagerly anticipating these six sci-fi game sequels for a long time. While we’ve listed them in the likely order of release, exact release dates are still uncertain.

A recent Bloomberg report details how the Texas-based developer proposed several game projects after their unsuccessful attempt at a God of War title. One of these was a remake of Bloodborne, a game fans have been eagerly awaiting and joking about for years. While the financial projections for the Bloodborne remake were promising, according to Bloomberg’s sources, FromSoftware, the original game’s developer, ultimately decided against it.

After its live-service God of War game was canceled, Bluepoint Games supposedly proposed a remake to Sony. Although Sony thought the project made financial sense, FromSoftware reportedly didn’t want to pursue it. According to sources, this might be because Sony wanted to honor a request from FromSoftware president Hidetaka Miyazaki that no other studio work on a similar project – a detail former Sony Interactive Entertainment president Shuhei Yoshida shared after leaving the company.
